6. Each person is co-responsible for the quality- and ecology-minded performance of his/her activities and the advancement of his/her expertise.
7. Close cooperation with contracted partners and suppliers should continually improve joint capabilities for mutual benefit and help protect the environment.
8. We feel dutybound to conserve our environment and to use natural resources sparingly. We strive in the context of our annual environmental measures to cut energy consumption, reduce hazardous substances, adhere to statutory emission standards, and optimise the efficiency level of our facilities operating with water-hazardous substances.
9. Continuous, critical evaluation and appraisal of customer satisfaction as well as of our internal procedures lead to the improvement of our performance and to the prevention and avoidance of non-conformance.
